Finally, ensuring whānau have information as and when they need it is key.

That means investing more in kanohi-ki-te-kanohi relationships based on mutual respect and trust. It means coming to grips with how particular whānau communicate and interact and like to receive information.

Making sure we’ve got the tools and resources we need to communicate in more accessible and relevant ways is important, too.
