Cultural competence training and development is available from a range of iwi, education and social agencies to improve the way whole organisations work with whānau.

Some offer specific training in areas such as rongoā (traditional healing) or medicine use.

Others offer seminars, wānanga, short course and workshops.

Contact a tertiary training provider for information about certificate, diploma and degree-level training. Look into the range of hauora Māori (Māori health) training available.
